MAKE ‘ur MERCH Boutique is a Co-Merchandising Retail Boutique and the sister company of MAXIMUM Create! - A Maker’s Space located in the York County district of Williamsburg, Virginia.
Our community is a Co-Merchandising Retail Boutique and Maker’s Space that offers creative small business owners and makers’ the opportunity to make and sell their products in high-traffic retail locations without the risk of high overhead costs.
Our community includes a creative space to incubate, innovate, CONNECT, COLLABORATE and CREATE. But that’s not ALL! Our community also provides a business support system, business education, and networking opportunities.
Created with the small business owner in mind, we aim to help those who need a fresh start and support as we shift as a nation through the pandemic.
The MAKER:
Our community of makers have a place to CONNECT; COLLABORATE & CREATE with others with similar interests. Or… if they wish to work on a project alone but do not have the tools to do so, for a small monthly membership fee our makers can come and use equipment such as 3-D printers, vinyl cutters, label makers, sewing machines, embroidery machines, heat presses, and more.
The MERCHANT:
Having a storefront can be costly if ventured alone therefore we have created a collaborative space for small business owners to test the market and sell their products with other merchants before venturing out to lease space of their own. We also provide coaching and mentoring to help those business owners who wish to one day venture on their own, properly prepare, by doing market research and establishing their business for success.
So if you’ve always wanted to have a great space to create and/or have a place to sell your merchandise, you've found it!
